Precision Management collects customer information at many distinct areas on our web sites to help better serve consumer and visitor preferences. Precision Management is the sole owner of all information received with this site. Under no conditions will Precision Management sell, share or trade any user data in any way to any unaffiliated 3rd party individuals or groups.

All monetary and payment records we obtain are used solely to check the credit score qualifications of potential clients and to bill our clientele for usage of Precision goods and services.

Precision Management's web sites extend many opportunities for visitors to sign up for promotional and educational mailings, on-line services and resources, and for service in managing our products and solutions. These registration forms enable users to opt-in to Precision's e-mail lists and require clients to provide contact details (such as name and email address). Precision Management's web sites, or messages created with Precision Management Solutions, may incorporate shortcuts to other Internet sites. Precision Management is not the agent responsible for the privacy practices or the subject matter of such various other web sites. Third parties may separately collect information about Internet sites visitors while they view ads or other communications from 3rd parties through Precision Management programs or services. If visitors do not wish those companies to collect information about them, they should contact these businesses directly.

Privacy and Security

Precision Management takes every precaution to secure the confidentiality and protection of the private information of our readers and valued clientele by employing industry-leading safeguards, such as fire walls, along with carefully developed security practices. Opt-out and Update of Contact Information

If an active user no longer wants to recieve Precision Management notifications and advertisements, that person may quickly unsubscribe from receiving them by following instructions found in every newsletter or message . If any personal information changes, or if an email recipient no longer wants to receive specific messages, that person can correct, replace or eliminate any information or special details by utilizing our unsubscribe system.

Children's On-line Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA")

Precision Management does not accept any information provided by minors under the age of 13. For any children younger than the age of 13, a parent or guardian will have to speak directly with Precision Management to give consent for any portion of our website that requires personal information. We require our clients to conform to the rules and regulations of COPPA in regard to their use of Precision Management products and solutions.

Safe Harbor Data Privacy Notice for European Union web sites

Precision Management operates within the guidelines provided by the European Union ("EU") Safe Harbor Principles; for safeguarding the privacy of information moving from the EU to the United States. This element of our Privacy Policy outlines our general policy and measures for implementing the Safe Harbor Rules, inclusive of the sort of data to which this regulation applies, how we use private information, as well as the choices individuals have pertaining to our use of, and their ability to correct, that personal information. If there is any conflict between the policies in this notice and the Safe Harbor Principles, the Safe Harbor Principles will govern.

International Customers

Precision Management enters into email marketing agreements with its business within the EU that may include the processing of information associated with our clients' users. In these agreements, the EU client agrees and acknowledges that it is the "data controller" for the purposes of data protection legislation. Consequently our EU clients are accountable for complying with the data protection legislation within the applicable Member State before they send their customer data to Precision Management for processing. Any information processed by Precision Management is only disclosed to third parties with the request and direction of its EU clients as the data controllers, or when required by law. Any information that our EU clients designate as sensitive shall be treated as such.

Disclosure

We will comply with the Safe Harbor Principles in regard to disclosures of sensitive information, including, when applicable, acquiring the individual's explicit permission in advance of disclosing sensitive data to a third party or using sensitive information for functions apart from those for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Transfers of data granted under this notice, either to third parties or within Precision Management, consist of the transfer of records from one jurisdiction to another, such as transfers to and from the US. Precision Management will administer all reasonable precautions to secure private data in our possession from loss, improper use and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Precision Management conducts compliance audits of its associated privacy practices to ensure adherence to this Policy. Any employee that Precision Management determines is in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary measures up to and including immediate termination of employment.

Chief Policy Manager

Precision Management employs a Chief Policy Manager in charge of the internal supervision of Precision Management privacy policies. Precision Management educates its employees on compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles and has self-assessment methods in position to ensure compliance.

Dispute Resolution

If an individual believes this company isn't abiding by its published policies or isn't in compliance with the Safe Harbor rules, she or he should first contact Precision Management's Compliance Director by email at privacy@precision-management.net. If the individual does not receive acknowledgment of his / her request or the inquiry has not been satisfactorily resolved, the individual is encouraged to then contact the DMA Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program. The DMA will act as a liaison to Precision Management in order to resolve the individual's concerns.

Disclosures and Transfers

Precision Management does not disclose personal information to 3rd parties, except when one or more of these situations is valid:

(i) We have the individual's permission to allow the disclosure;

(ii) The disclosure is allowed by law or compulsory professional conditions;

(iii) The disclosure is reasonably related to the sale or other dissolution of all or part of our business or holdings;

(iv) The personal information to be disclosed is publicly obtainable;

(v) The party to whom the disclosure is made controls, is controlled by, or is under common management with Precision Management;

(vi) The disclosure is reasonably necessary for the establishment or maintenance of legal claims; or

(vii) The disclosure is to persons or entities for which we are supplying services, provided the disclosure is consistent with the function for which the personal information was acquired.

It is feasible that as we continue to improve our business, Precision Management may be acquired by another company. In the event of such a a deal, client information may be transferred to the acquiring business. If, as a result of the company transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner distinct from that outlined at the time of collection, they will be provided choices consistent with our notification-of-changes section .

Modifications to this Policy

Precision Management will notify its Customers and subscribers via email if we make any changes to this Privacy Policy. Any new policy will be posted on our site at least thirty (30) days prior to its taking affect. If at any point we elect to make use of personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was submitted, we will notify any impacted customers by way of e-mail.
