Today, far more than ever before, personal privacy is a major concern among folks throughout the globe. Although Precision Management offers services that makes it possible for business owners to collect and maintain clients by way of electronic mail campaigns, we realize the importance of online privacy and honor the demands of the general public.
Precision Management will not release or trade any confidential details received from our double opt-in email services.
Precision Management is strongly opposed to transmitting unsolicited e-mail. Within the provisions of our Application Solution Provider Agreement, Precision Management will not allow any client to employ our software to circulate junk mail, nor permit unsolicited commercial email (UCE) at any time. In regards to our enterprise tools, Precision Management does not sell to marketers that distribute or plan to distribute UCE/spam..
Definition of Spam
An email is spam if:
- The recipient's personal identity and/or the message context is irrelevant for the reason that the message is equally suitable to many other potential recipients; AND
- The recipient hasn't provided deliberate, explicit, and revocable authorization for it to be sent; AND
- The transmission and receipt of message appears to give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.

Reporting Unsolicited mail
If you believe you are the recipient of unwanted, unsolicited electronic mail from Precision Management, or thought to be involved with Precision Management, please submit it to us immediately. To enable us to take action, you need to append the offending e-mail to a completely new email (do not press forward) and submit it to abuse@precision-management.net. All messages submitted in this way will be investigated with out hesitation.
